At Puisis Collection, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our medical scrubs and apparel. We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.


Eligibility for ReturnsTo be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with further instructions. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect ItemsPlease inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards
  • Personal care or hygiene products
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

ExchangesThe quickest way to receive the item you want is to return your original purchase and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.


Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
