At Puisis Collection, we strive to ensure your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery EstimatesShipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your selected carrier. Delivery timeframes are provided by the carrier and are estimates only; they are not guaranteed.
Carrier ResponsibilityOnce your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier (such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or others), Puisis Collection is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, weather disruptions, or other events outside our control.
Address AccuracyPlease ensure all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete. Puisis Collection is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delivered PackagesIf your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim. We are happy to assist with carrier communications whenever possible.
